A substitute teacher candidate must possess the Effective Teacher Training course and completed the Clinton City Schools' mandatory orientation online class offered through App Garden. Please see our district website at www.clinton.k12.nc.us for more information regarding this course. Individuals with an NC Educator's License are excluded from the Effective Teacher Training course requirement.  Individuals in this position will work on an as-needed basis.
